With origin in one of the largest wine-producing areas of Portugal, Encosta da Aldeia is characterized by its softness, vivid color with fresh aromas of red fruits, which are accompanied by a good body and a balanced taste.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Excellent on all occasions as well as meat complement, pasta, vegetarian food or cheese base.
It should be served at a temperature of 16o-18oC.
